My vision for integrative care is that it be tailored to fit your specific needs but also provide you with the comfort and accessibility necessary to receive optimal care. I meet my clients right where they are and lead them to replenished health.

This is a journey, one that we are on together. If you have suffered a recent injury, chronic pain or trauma, it is my goal as a practitioner and partner-in-health to guide you to wellness.

We begin this process with a full body posture assessment. From the results we build an understanding of what is contributing to your pain from a posture stand point. We then work together through a targeted treatment plan.
